AuraGuard has been selected for the first stage of the Welfare Technology Solutions Development Program.

The objective of the grant is to extend the independent living of the elderly and people with special needs through the implementation of welfare technologies, improve their quality of life, reduce the care burden on their loved ones, and increase the quality, accessibility, and efficiency of health and welfare services.

As a co-applicant in cooperation with Rehasoft OÜ, AuraGuard is leading the project: Development and Piloting of a Data-Driven Integrated Remote Care Solution in Estonian Local Governments.

In the course of the project, by integrating and upgrading Rehasoft and AuraGuard, we will create an open, comprehensive solution that combines home care task management with the monitoring of the care recipient's living environment and activities, ensuring effective home care and the prevention of health risks.

As a result of the project, a statement of work (SoW) will be developed for an integrated welfare ecosystem where the Rehasoft HomeCare platform coordinates care activities and assistive devices, while AuraGuard uses AI to monitor and analyze the care recipient's home environment and safety, as well as offer a simple communication platform.

Grant amount: €29,982.72 (for the entire project consortium).
