Society is ageing, and the number of elderly people is growing rapidly. Over the next 25 years, the number of elderly people is expected to double, while social isolation among older people is also increasing – despite the rapid adoption of smart devices and digital solutions. At the same time, there is already a shortage of care workers.

AuraGuard is addressing these challenges. We are developing an AI-powered home monitoring solution that helps prevent health risks among older people and provides a communication solution with zero learning curve.

AuraGuard was founded at the end of 2024. We are actively developing the product and went to market in spring 2026, with our customer base steadily growing since then. In 2025, AuraGuard was selected for the first cohort of the Health Founders Estonia accelerator, which was an important milestone and recognition for us.

Today, we are also developing cooperation with a home care software provider and local municipalities to help prevent health risks among older people and create a new, efficient, digital and data-driven approach to delivering home care services.

We are looking for a Product Engineer.

As a Product Engineer, you will independently solve complex problems, take responsibility for technical decisions and help shape the future of AuraGuard’s product and technical solution.

What matters?

Strong Java and Python skills and practical experience in information systems development
An interest in working not only with software, but also with hardware, IoT devices and technical solutions.
Experience with Raspberry Pi / Raspberry OS, hardware development or technical design is an advantage.
A “how can we make it work?” mindset.
Willingness to start part-time and contribute flexibly to building an early-stage startup.
A team-oriented approach and a willingness to work together towards shared goals.

We are looking for a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).

As a Chief Commercial Officer, you will help shape AuraGuard’s commercial strategy, identify growth opportunities and turn them into real customers, partnerships and new markets.

What matters?

Sales and/or business development experience, with international markets being a plus..
Ability to identify opportunities, open doors and build meaningful partnerships.
A hands-on “how can we make it happen?” mindset.
Willingness to start part-time and contribute flexibly to building an early-stage startup.
Ability to work independently, take ownership and focus on results.
A team-oriented approach and a willingness to build the company together.
